Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating or using an Autody account, you agree to these Terms of Service, our account verification rules, and any additional notices shown inside the platform.

2. Eligibility and Verification

You must provide accurate account information and be legally allowed to use financial, digital asset, and trading services in your location. Autody may request identity, phone, email, funding-source, or account-purpose verification before enabling live funding, trading, sending, receiving, or withdrawals.

3. Demo and Live Accounts

Demo balances are practice funds only and cannot be withdrawn. Live balances represent verified account activity only after production custody, payment, and compliance systems are connected.

4. Market Risk

Crypto, stocks, ETFs, commodities, and other assets can move quickly. Prices, liquidity, fills, and availability may change at any time. Autody does not guarantee profit, returns, price stability, or uninterrupted market access.

5. AU Token Purchases

Autody AU is intended to support the platform's long-term utility, including future exchange, payment, and account-use cases. A user's first AU token purchase through Autody must be at least 10,000 AU unless Autody changes that first-purchase minimum inside the platform.

After the first AU purchase is completed, the user may buy any available AU amount allowed by the platform. The USD cost depends on the active AU rate at the time of each order, and earlier buyers may receive a lower rate than later buyers if the AU price changes over time.

6. Deposits and Withdrawal Review

Autody may review, delay, reject, or restrict withdrawals where deposits are unsettled, identity verification is incomplete, suspicious activity is detected, chargeback or reversal risk exists, or compliance review is required.

Identity review must be approved before any internal transfer or external wallet withdrawal can be requested. Withdrawal access begins 90 days after the account's first verified deposit. Longer restrictions may apply when required by law, payment partners, custody controls, sanctions screening, fraud investigation, or unresolved account-risk review.

7. Referral Rewards

Invite an eligible new member through your personal link and you can each receive a $10 referral reward after they verify their email and our eligibility and security checks pass. Your email must be verified and both accounts must be in good standing. One welcome reward is available per person. Invitations must be recorded at signup and cannot be added retroactively or reassigned.

You may use a credited reward to trade on Autody. Before either person's reward becomes withdrawable, both you and the member linked to that reward must each have at least $1,000 in genuine confirmed deposits, complete at least three qualifying live asset trades using your own funds, obtain approved identity verification, and wait 90 days after your own first verified deposit. Referral rewards, transfers from other Autody accounts, pending or reversed deposits, demo trades, cancelled orders and trades funded entirely by rewards do not satisfy these requirements. A referral reward is not a verified deposit and does not start the 90-day period. The referral waiting period applies without account-specific withdrawal exemptions.

Until a reward qualifies, the reward and any assets, sale proceeds or gains attributable to it remain restricted from withdrawals and transfers. We use locked rewards first for USD purchases and track the reward-funded share through purchases, sales and swaps. When both members qualify and required reviews are complete, the eligible reward-funded balance becomes available under our usual withdrawal, fee and account security rules. Each invitation is assessed separately. Trading fees, market risk and purchase minimums still apply.

You must not refer yourself, create or control multiple accounts to collect rewards, reuse identity information, coordinate fake signups or artificial trading, or attempt to bypass reward requirements. We use automated account, device and activity checks to detect abuse and may hold rewards or restrict withdrawals while activity is reviewed. You can contact support about a restriction. We may withhold or reverse rewards, restrict access, and suspend or permanently ban your account and any other accounts involved in referral abuse.

8. Prohibited Activity

You may not use Autody for fraud, scams, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, unauthorized access, stolen payment methods, fake identity information, or activity that could harm Autody, its users, or its service providers.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your password, devices, and account access secure. Autody may freeze or restrict an account when unauthorized access or security risk is suspected.

10. Fees, Pricing, and Availability

Autody may charge platform, trading, funding, conversion, withdrawal, spread, or network fees. Any live fee should be shown before the user confirms the related action whenever practical.

11. Changes and Contact

Autody may update these terms as the product, custody model, supported assets, fees, and compliance rules change. Users should review the latest version before using live account features. Contact Autody through the support channel shown inside the account area.
